IN CONVERSATION WITH THE MUSEUM

Information desk

The information desk is in the museum’s entrance lobby. The desk staff can help your visit off to a pleasant start by explaining the routing in the museum, providing printed information or answering all kinds of practical questions.

Hosts and hostesses

Do you wish to know where a particular work of art from the collection may be found? Do you have some other short question about the exhibitions or the work shown? Our hosts and hostesses will be happy to speak with you. You can recognize them by their red shirts.

Cicerone

For more searching questions, the cicerone is the person to talk to. The cicerone is the museum’s walking encyclopaedia, and will be happy to spend some time with you going into depth about the exhibition or works of art. The specially-trained cicero is recognizable from a badge with a question mark.
