The Hague-based String Quartet EnAccord plays on four 19th-century French instruments. Violinist Van der Plas focuses on the details, cellist Seidel on the broad lines. An ideal combination. EnAccord was coached by Steve Reich (among others) for the performance of his Triple Quartet. The quartet is committed to combining traditional quartet literature and lesser-known masterpieces.
