Your-space Newsletter #3 - out now!

Your-space was developed with the idea to be a thinking, making, talking space of action within the Van Abbemuseum’s programme and Eindhoven at large. It is committed to collaboration and velocity – propelling projects forward in process and in scope. The ethos of Your-space, despite its limited budget, attempts to facilitate artistic, literary and discursive encounters of substance, which are not necessarily slick or finished products but are conducted in a spirit of experimentation.

It’s the start of a new decade and Your-space is starting a new phase. Its 3rd phase. From February, 2010 Your-space will return to the “mothership”, at the Van Abbemuseum in the project space currently under renovation. It will however, continue to seek parasitic possibilities with other groups, in other contexts across the city of Eindhoven.

WVTTK: wat verder nog ter tafel komt. And we mean business. In a series of discussions, presentations and workshops we encourage you to bring your programme to the table where it can be weighed and developed by peers. The conversational aspect of this focus does not imply self-satisfied or stale droning but rather face-to-face interaction between people invested in the future of Your-space domestic policy in the city of Eindhoven, actively formulating its programme and activities in the next phase of 2010 and beyond.

Your-space welcomes proposals which are in keeping with this vision of co-ownership and boundary-pushing. We look forward to having you part of Your-space, which is in fact, all our space.
