In the Van Abbemuseum ypu can enjoy our exhibitions René Daniëls: An Exhibition is Always Part of a Greater Whole, These Socks not White (collection in context), The Innocent Eye by Roland Schimmel and John Baldessari - Video works 1970-1977. In addition, you can get a very special preview of Piero Gilardi's exhibition Collaborative Effects, which opens on 8 September. Next to this, you can joint the following activities:

Free KinderKunstClub (Children's Art Club)
14.00 - 16.00, in the class room
Together with other kids, you will visit the big museum to view works of art. If you're done with it, you can make your own artwork. Discover that you are a real artist yourself! For kids between 6 and 10 years old.
Performance Dan Senn's International Space Band
between 11.30 - 14.00
De band walks through the museum; musicians in different parts of the building, who approach each other slowly or perform in one particular room. Each time around 15 minutes, approx. 4 times.
Workshop Dan Senn's International Space Band
Music workshop in the Studio (kelder nieuwbouw) max 10 persons, including a performance. Report yourself at the information desk in the entrance hall.
