Sing-in with The Van Abbemuseumkoor and Willem
Will you come and celebrate the new year with us? On Thursday evening 4 January we are open until 21:00 hrs! We have invited accordionist and singer Willem van der Heijden to open 2018 in a musical way together with the Van Abbemuseum choir. Willem (www.willemuziek.nl) performs a lot in the city and ensures you an unforgettable evening with his accordion.
From 19:00 hrs we will sing both Dutch and English songs that you will have to sing along! We will sing in the exhibition The Way Beyond Art in the artwork 'Civilian Defense'.
Afterwards, we have a toast in the Werksalon, to celebrate the new year and the 5 year anniversary of the Van Abbemuseum choir.
You only need a ticket for the museum to join the sing-in.
