Bolzano, Museion, 16-09-2018, 14-01-2018. - Groepstentoonstelling onderzoekt het thema van 'thuisland' 'vaderland' in Europa tegen de achtergrond van de globalisering en de immigratieproblematiek. - The exhibition draws inspiration from the image of an ancient “landing”, that of Noah’s Ark on Mount Ararat, to explore the concepts of Heimat and homeland in the light of the current situation in Europe, where globalization and immigration are highlighting the fragility of democracies and liberal values, while populist forces are undermining the foundations of politics and society. The show presents works, videos, documents and publications and uses a dialectical structure to forge a dialogue between different, sometimes opposing concepts and values.
