Are your children in the ages between 6 and 12 years? Do they enjoy looking at artworks, but mostly enjoy making art themselves? Come to the Van Abbemuseum! Every Saturday afternoon they are welcome at the Children's Art Club.
Challenging assignments
The Children's Art Club starts by looking at real works of art in the museum. Each time a different theme is central. Afterwards, the kids will create their own artworks: sometimes by drawing, other times working with clay or cardboard, or by using paint. With challenging assignments, the young participants will discover that there is a real artist inside of them! Afterwards they can take their creation home with them.
Reservations
Experienced museum teachers accompany each Children's Art Club. The maximum number of participants is 10 children per group. The costs per Art Club are €6,- per child.
