National Climate Week | 2-8 November 2026

What does it take to make a museum more sustainable? During National Climate Week, we are opening doors, both literally and figuratively, that normally remain closed. Join us for a special guided tour that takes you behind the scenes of our museum building and discover how we are working towards a more sustainable future.

You will learn how we reduce our environmental footprint through energy‑saving measures, smart building systems, innovative climate‑control solutions, and efforts to lower our CO₂ emissions. At the same time, you will gain unique access to areas that are usually off limits to visitors.

Be inspired by the stories behind our sustainability initiatives and discover how heritage, art, and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand. Sign up for a free guided tour and find out how a museum not only cares for its collection, but also for the future.
