In toddler and (grand)parent yoga, attention to the whole child is central. Using a holistic approach, we focus on the body, emotions, and relaxation. The classes offer space for movement, rest, play, and connection.
Toddlers (2-4 years old) take part together with their parent, grandparent, or caregiver in simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, and playful activities. Moving, laughing, and relaxing together helps children feel safe, free, and confident.
The classes are accessible to everyone. Every child and every parent or grandparent is welcome to join in a way that suits their own needs and abilities.
The class is organized in collaboration with Soulvibe & House of Kiba.
