General terms and conditions

Cancellation up to six working days in advance is free of charge.
If cancelled 1 to 5 working days before the start of the guided tour(s), the cost of the tour(s) will be charged in full.
If a group fails to arrive without notice, the cost of the tour(s) will be charged in full.
Groups should report to the information desk 5 minutes before the start of the tour.
If a group arrives half an hour or less late, the original end time of the tour remains unchanged unless the tour guide agrees to extend the tour. The cost of the extension will be charged.
If a group arrives more than half an hour late, the right to the booked guided tour is forfeited. The cost of the guided tour must be paid and is non-refundable.
Delays should always be reported to the reservations department on +31 (0)40 238 10 42.
A group consists of a maximum of 15 people per guided tour. If you come with more than 15 people for one tour, not everyone can take part in the tour.

Reservations for spaces in the museum can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to six working days before the start of an event in the museum.
If cancelled 1 to 5 working days before the start of an event at the museum, 50% of the rental price and of the facilities costs will be charged.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the start of an event at the museum or if you do not come without notice, the full rental price and facility costs will be charged.
In case of programme run-out, which may cause booked tours to start later, the original end time of the tours will remain unchanged unless the tour guide agrees to extend the tour. The cost of the extension will be charged.
It is not allowed to bring or consume food or drink in the auditorium or studio.
