Feminist School Of Painting - Rosanne van Wijk

The Feminist School of Painting is an ongoing project by artist Ad Minoliti that explores alternative approaches to art and education through feminist, queer and interdisciplinary perspectives. Performance artist Rosanne van Wijk works with site-specific social and ecological relationships, creating installations, situations and textile objects through her practice Site Specific Feelings. In this session, she explores the wild apple tree and its relationships with other species and seasonal processes through her project Freeze, Flourish. You will discover how freezing and changing seasons shape growth and how climate change disrupts these processes. Together, we will explore more-than-human perspectives, interconnected ecosystems and ways of listening to different voices and species.
