Forbidden Music: X-Ray Audio in the USSR 1946-1964, Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, 11-01-2018, 12-05-2018. - During the Cold War years, bootlegger in the Soviet Union copied forbidden music to make their own unique records on X-Ray film. Because of it's underground subversive character it is not possible to know who first had the idea to repurpose used X-Ray film, but the Leningrad bootleggers rapidly adopted it as their recording medium. The newspaper contains a brief history of this so called Bone music
